1. All leather handbags will be shipped by DHL or EMS. Itbagstyle.com offer door to door services and drop shipping services. The shipping address is provided by customer. Please make sure your address is correct.

All leather handbags are shipped directly from storage. When we ship out handbags and purses, we will supply tracking number for you.

There is 3-5 days processing period once payment is confirmed. Once leather handbags and purses are shipped, we will email you with tracking number so you may track your order. You will have your exquisite leather handbags within 3-5 working days. Most orders are processed and received by customers within 7 days. Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance. 

 

2. If your leather handbags are out of stock, we will email you to pick another piece of leather handbags and purses. Please add sales@Itbagstyle.com in your list so you will get emails from us.

 4. If you want to change the leather handbags, please send it back within 7 days and bear shipping. (Merchandise must be unused and in the original packing, and accompanied by the original packing slip so we can properly credit your leather handbags or purses for another one.)
